Seemo Shuttle is the absolute WORST transportation company I have ever had to experience. The receptionist's (who I later found out was THE OWNER) behavior is unbelievably inappropriate, demanding and he has an unnecessary, rude attitude. On two occasions, I have been verbally abused by this man when I have called to ask simple questions regarding my reservation.
This time around, I had merely called to confirm the time I would be picked up. I told him the time my flight would be arriving at the airport and he became angry with me, telling me the flight time arrival is OBVIOUSLY not the pick up time and that all I had to do was look at the confirmation email they had sent me three months back. I calmly corrected myself and proceeded to confirm the reservation. He then started to raise his voice and say that he was "confused by what it was that I wanted to know."
His strong suit is making the customer feel low with demeaning responses like "I'm not your slave" and "Let me finish before you open your mouth," and even "What are you, stupid or something?" Once I had been offended enough, I requested to speak with the manager, who had the same harsh, childish, inappropriate attitude with me and she stood by everything that this man had told me. Finally, they told me "You're not worth the headache, we don't need your business."
I do not recommend this shuttle service to ANYBODY and if you are a current customer I suggest you walk away and do not give these people a cent more of your money as they do not deserve it. I will GLADLY be taking my business elsewhere, as there are several other transportation services in the area with far more competent, professional managers.
